Dealer Notes

A milestone is not simply a marker on a map or timeline. It is a dividing line between how things used to be, and how they will be. For decades, the debut of a brand-new E-Class has set a new expectation for what automobiles can do, from the moment it established the luxury sport sedan class, to countless innovations in every category.
The E-Class upholds tradition… advancing the standards of luxury. Its cabin flows with sculptural design and exquisitely crafted tailoring. And it overflows with thoughtfully engineered innovations, from a 12.3 inch central screen, to 64 colors of ambient lighting, to intuitive Touch Control Buttons on the steering wheel. It takes driving convenience and passenger comfort into a new generationâ€"along with confidence, connectivity and capability. Of course, doing things no car has ever done for you is precisely what an E-Class has always been… a leader that inspires other automakers with its milestones. And a car that inspires you with every mile.
US News and World Report wrote…the E-Class is a good car. From its quality materials to its state-of-the-art technology, this Mercedes-Benz has one of the finest cabins in the luxury midsize car class. The seats are splendidly comfortable and its driving dynamics create a nice balance between laid-back cruising and enthusiastic maneuvering. Safety is also one of the E-Class highlights, as it boasts good safety ratings and a remarkable list of standard and available safety features. Additionally, it was a finalist for our 2019 Best Luxury Midsize Car for Families award
Kelly Blue Book offered…While the E-Class Coupe and Cabriolet continue on as notable premium players in their own right, the enhanced dynamic sophistication, stunning interior redesign and augmented driver assists offered on the all-new Sedan and Wagon arguably qualify them as the safest, smartest and most accommodating offerings on the midsize-luxury scene today.

  • Great Ride

Wonderful automobile, the best car MB makes. I can't say enough good things about it. Beautiful design, extremely comfortable, handles way better than any of the SUVS, better MPG and no problems at all!
  • This is the most impressive car I have owned.

I have purchased 5 new M.B. in the last 10 yrs and this is the best, most impressive car I have ever owned. Acceleration is very good. Despite being a convertible, it’s as quiet as any sedan I have ridden in. It glides along on the highway with a smooth quiet ride, and holds the road at speeds exceeding 100 mph. There’s nothing comparable driving with the top down, the beautiful blue ambient lighting the interior and Sinatra on the outstanding Burmeister stereo. Truly 5 stars!
  • Luxury ride with quirky noises

Have owned this car for almost a year and love the way it drives, looks, and feels on the road. It does have a tendency to jump a little when hitting a bump in a curve, which is a little strange, I think? Its reliability or quality of materials and workmanship has been disappointing, though. I have had the car in four times now for first, the complete failure of the starter button (car shut down completely and had to be towed), and then three times for trying to silence persistent rattling in both front doors, specifically associated with the seat adjustment switches and the seat heating buttons. This is a poor design issue of the switches in my opinion. At times it felt like listening to baby rattles going off. Not something I expect in a +$60K car.
